Firefighter owned. Not a franchise.
Vegas Gamerz is independently owned and run in the Las Vegas valley. No corporate territory map, no call center, no franchise fee baked into your price.
The business started in 2020 and has been running parties across the valley ever since. Hunter Neel took it over in 2024 and still runs events himself — which is why you keep seeing his name in the reviews.
Being a firefighter is not a marketing line here, it is the reason the operation runs the way it does. Show up early. Check the equipment. Do not park somewhere that could hurt somebody. Have a plan for weather. The Game Coach has the final call on parking and on whether we play through bad conditions, and that call is not up for negotiation — which is the correct way round when there are twenty-eight kids in a trailer.
Independent also means we can say yes to things a franchise cannot. We will drive out to Moapa Valley and Mesquite, which a valley-only operator will not. Schools and churches can pay by purchase order or check. If your street will not take a 55-foot rig, we will find a park nearby rather than cancel on you.
We are not the cheapest because we cut corners. We are the cheapest per player because our trailers are bigger than everybody else's and we would rather fill the calendar than the margin. There are two of them now, added so we could stop turning weekends away — together they seat 56 players at once.

The Game Coach
One person runs your whole event
It is the part of this business that is least like renting equipment, and the part parents notice most.
They arrive before you need them
About thirty minutes ahead of your start time. Parking, awning, generator, Starlink, eight stations brought up and tested — all of it happens before the first guest walks out of the house, and none of it comes out of your two hours.
They teach, and they rotate
Not every kid at a party is a gamer. The coach shows the ones who need showing, keeps an eye on who has not had a turn, and rotates players so the quiet kid gets as much screen time as the loud one. That is a judgement call made continuously for two hours, and it is why we send a person rather than a key.
They hold the line on ratings
If you asked for E-rated only, the coach pulls everything rated T or M before the first controller is handed out — not after somebody's parent notices. Schools and church groups almost always ask; a good number of parents do too, and nobody is made to feel awkward for asking.
They have the final call
On where the trailer parks and on whether we play through weather. If the coach is not confident a spot can be reached without damaging property or hurting somebody, we do not use it, and no amount of "it will be fine" changes that. It is the firefighter part of the business showing through.
Where we draw lines
Things we will not do
- Park somewhere we are not sure about. A tight cul-de-sac or a steep street gets a nearby park or lot instead, not an attempt.
- Play through unsafe weather. Heat, wind and lightning all have a line, and the coach calls it rather than the customer.
- Put children under five inside. The games start at about age seven, and the trailer is not a soft-play room.
- Load a rating you did not agree to. Ask for E-only and that is what runs, on every console, all night.
- Charge you per child. Twenty-eight guests costs exactly what eight costs.
- Quote travel after the event. Any fee beyond the free 25 miles is on the table before you pay, never on the invoice afterwards.
