At your address

What the location needs from you

Less than people expect. The trailer is self-contained, so the site does not have to supply anything at all.

About 55 feet of curb

Truck and trailer together. That is usually the street at the end of a driveway, and we may need to block the driveway itself while we are there. Flat and hardened — asphalt, concrete or hard-packed. Grass and soft gravel are the two surfaces we cannot use.

No power, no wifi, no water

We carry our own quiet generator and our own Starlink connection. Nothing plugs into your house, nothing runs off your breaker, and the online games do not depend on your broadband. A park with no outlet works exactly as well as a driveway.

A heads-up for the neighbors

We are borrowing some curb for a couple of hours. Telling the two or three houses either side beforehand costs nothing and heads off the one conversation nobody wants in the middle of a birthday party.

Nothing else

Setup and teardown happen on our time, not inside your two hours — the coach arrives about 30 minutes early. There is no equipment for you to move, no tables to put out, and nothing to clean up once we pull away.

If your street will not take it

We find somewhere near you

Very steep streets are the one thing that genuinely stops us, and a handful of older cul-de-sacs are too tight to turn a 55-foot rig around in. It is not common, but it happens, and it is much better discovered on the phone than on the day.

When a street will not work we set up at a park, church lot, school lot or community center nearby instead, and the party moves there. Plenty of our bookings run that way by choice — a block party or a school event usually starts from a lot in the first place.

The Game Coach makes the final call on parking when they arrive. If they are not completely confident the trailer can be manoeuvred into a spot without damaging property or hurting somebody, they will not do it — and you would not want a company that would.

If you are not sure about your street, email us a photo of the spot before you book and we will tell you straight. We know most of the valley by now.

Outside the valley

We do leave town

Moapa Valley — Overton, Logandale and Moapa — is an hour out, and we go. So is Mesquite, up the 15, and Boulder City on the other side of the valley. Laughlin, Bullhead City, Kingman and Fort Mohave are all published in the table above rather than left as "call us", because a family two hours away deserves to see the number before they start a booking.

Long-distance bookings are worth planning further ahead than a valley party. The trailer is committed for most of the day rather than a couple of hours, so there are fewer slots for them in a weekend.

Two trailers · one calendar

Don’t get locked out of your date

We added a second trailer so we can offer more weekend parties. Pick your date on the calendar and you are done in about four minutes — availability, price and confirmation in one go.
