Eight kinds of event, one trailer

Birthdays are about half of what we do. The rest is schools, churches, corporate days and whole neighborhoods — anywhere a lot of people need somewhere to be for two hours.

Choosing one

They are the same trailer. The difference is the crowd.

Every booking is two hours, up to 28 players at once and a trained Game Coach. What changes between these eight is who turns up, how they rotate, and what we load before we arrive.

A fixed group, at a house

Birthdays, teen parties, graduations and team parties. The guest list is known, most people arrive at once, and everybody wants a turn in the first twenty minutes. The coach rotates hard early and lets it settle. Two hours is right for 12–28 guests, and a third hour is the common upgrade for teenagers, who do not leave.

An open crowd, at a venue

School events, church nights, block parties, HOA days and company picnics. People arrive and leave continuously, so throughput matters more than seat count — the coach runs shorter rotations and the outdoor stations do more of the work. This is where a second trailer earns its place: 56 at once instead of 28.

What we set before we arrive

Game ratings are yours to decide. Say E-rated only and everything rated T or M comes off the consoles before a single controller is handed out — schools and church groups almost always do, and plenty of parents do too. Tell us when you book, or tell the coach on the day.

How organisations pay

Schools, churches and non-profits book online exactly like everybody else — there is no quote to wait for and no form to get through first. If your office pays by purchase order or check, hold the date on the calendar and we will sort the paperwork out afterwards.
