Everything people actually ask before they book. If yours is not here, email us and a person will answer.

The trailers

  • We do — two 32-foot trailers, each carrying the same equipment and each seating up to 28 gamers at once. Most parties only ever need one. The second matters in two situations: a crowd bigger than 28 at a time, and a weekend that would otherwise be full, because two rigs mean twice as many slots in a day.

  • Yes, and it is the usual answer for schools, HOA community days and company events. Both trailers together put 56 players on 16 screens, each with its own trained Game Coach. A second trailer is a second booking at the same rate, so the pair is $700 Monday to Thursday and $800 Friday to Sunday for two hours — twice the capacity at the same cost per player, about $12.50 a head on a weekday whether you book one trailer or both. To book the pair, make two bookings for the same time on the same day. The calendar is also the availability check: if the slot is still offered after your first booking, the second trailer is free, and if it is not, it was already taken.

  • Whichever one is free on your date, and there is no lesser one to worry about. Both are 32 feet, both carry the same equipment — eight 4K stations inside and out, the same consoles, the same VR racing rig, the same climate control — and both take up to 28 gamers at once with a trained Game Coach. Whichever one turns up at your curb is the trailer described on this site.

Parking & access

  • Almost certainly. We need roughly 55 feet of flat, hardened space for truck and trailer together, usually on the street at the end of your driveway. Very steep streets are the one thing that stops us — and if yours will not work, we will happily set up at a nearby park, church or lot instead. Worth telling the neighbours we are coming.

  • Roughly 55 feet, flat and on a hardened surface. We normally park on the street at the end of your driveway, and we may need to block the driveway itself. Tell us if you have a preferred spot. The Game Coach makes the final call — if they are not completely confident the trailer can be manoeuvred somewhere without damaging property or hurting anyone, they will not do it.

Kids & supervision

  • Up to 28, yes — twenty inside on cushioned stadium benches across eight 4K screens, and eight more at the outdoor stations under the awning. Twenty-eight is the ceiling rather than a fixed number, because it depends on what the group is playing: a four-player game puts four on one screen, a racing or head-to-head game puts two, and a single-player title puts one. The Game Coach picks games to keep as many hands on controllers as possible, and rotates whoever is waiting. What matters in practice is the comparison — most game trucks in the valley cap out around 20 in total, so a third of their party is watching no matter what gets loaded.

  • Be there. A parent or responsible adult needs to be on site throughout, and guests should finish eating outside before they come in. Everything else — setup, instruction, rotating players, teardown — is the Game Coach’s job.

  • That is the Game Coach’s entire job. They set everything up, show anyone who needs showing, and rotate players so nobody gets stuck watching. The trailer and the games suit ages 7 and up. Children under 5 are not permitted inside for safety reasons.

  • No food or drink inside, please. Guests should finish eating outside before they come in. It keeps the equipment working and the seating clean for the next party.

Weather

  • The trailer is insulated and climate controlled — air conditioned through summer, heated through winter — so 110 and 40 feel the same inside. The only exception is genuinely dangerous weather: storms, lightning, high winds or flooding. If the coach has to cancel before the party starts, you get a free reschedule or a refund.

Booking & payment

  • Split across a party of 28 that is about $13 a kid for two hours, with no venue deposit, no per-head minimum, no driving and nothing to clean up afterwards. A bowling or trampoline party for the same group usually lands higher once you add shoes, pizza and the party room.

  • Once you book and we accept, you get a confirmation email with a payment link, and payment is due in full to hold the date. Travel is free within 25 miles of North Las Vegas. Beyond that a distance-based fee applies — you see the number before you pay, not after.

  • The standard event is two hours — $350 Monday to Thursday, $400 Friday to Sunday. Additional hours are $125 each and go on when you book. Longer bookings and all-day activations are quoted separately — email us and we will work it out.

Games & ratings

  • Yes, and you should if it matters to you. The library runs from E to M ratings. Tell the Game Coach before the event starts that you want E-rated only — nothing with shooting, fighting or violence — and that is what gets loaded. It has to be before we start so we know what to leave out.

  • PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation VR2, plus a virtual reality racing simulator with a full cockpit, wheel and pedals. The library is large and always growing — Madden, FIFA, NBA 2K, Mario Kart, Minecraft, Just Dance, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros and a lot more. We bring the whole library to every event.

Timing

  • Half an hour to an hour before our start time. That way everyone eats first and is ready to play the moment we open the doors. We arrive about 30 minutes before your booked start to set up, so we are ready to go on time.

  • About 30 minutes before your party time, so setup is finished and the stations are running by the time your guests are supposed to start playing. Teardown happens after, on our time, not yours.

Tech

  • Yes. We carry Starlink onboard, so Fortnite, Apex Legends, Roblox and Fall Guys all run properly. That is not true of every game truck, and it is usually the first thing the teenagers test.

  • No. We run everything off our own ultra-quiet generator. No extension cords, no tripped breakers, nothing to arrange.
